Special Window for Re-lodgement of Transfer Requests of Physical Shares

In accordance with SEBI circular no. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026 and in furtherance to SEBI’s previous circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 02, 2025, shareholders of GMR Airports Limited (formerly GMR Airports Infrastructure Limited) are hereby informed that another special window has been opened for a period of one year starting from February 05, 2026 to February 04, 2027 for re-lodgement of transfer deeds and dematerialisation of physical securities which were sold/purchased prior to April 01, 2019.

Shareholders are to note that this window is also available for transfer requests which were submitted earlier but were rejected, returned, or not attended to due to deficiencies in documents, process, or other reasons.

Shareholders are further requested to note that securities transferred under this window shall be mandatorily credited to the transferee only in Demat mode and shall remain under a lock-in for one year from the date of registration of transfer. Such securities shall not be transferred, lien‑marked, or pledged during the lock‑in period.
